Once you place an order, our team gets straight to work!

All orders are processed and handed off to our shipping carriers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your package leaves our hands.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Time (7-13 Business Days)
After processing, your package will begin its journey to your doorstep.

At Carey Pet, we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time. However, nature sometimes has its own plans.
Please Note: We cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for shipping delays caused by extreme weather events, severe storms, or climate-related disruptions. Once a package is with the postal carrier, these environmental factors are completely out of our control, and we appreciate your patience and understanding if Mother Nature throws a wrench in the timeline.
