Carey Pet’s 30-Day "Happy Tails" Return & Refund Policy

At Carey Pet, we love your furry family members just as much as you do! We want both you and your pet to be completely happy with your experience. We know that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit, so we’ve made our return process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If things aren't working out, don't worry—you’ve got a full month to let us know.

📬 How to Start a Return

If you need to return an item, please send an email directly to the Carey Pet Team at careypetsupport@gmail.com.

To help us process everything quickly for you, please include:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. A brief note explaining why the item didn't work out

  3. A photo of the item (if applicable)

🧐 How Our Refund Process Works

Because we are a small team dedicated to the safety and health of all pets, we look at every request individually. Here is how our review process works:

  • Step 1: Send Your Email: Once you reach out to careypetsupport@gmail.com, the Carey Pet Team will personally look over your request.

  • Step 2: Team Review: We will review the details provided to ensure there is a clear, valid reason for the refund (such as a defect, incorrect item, or a product performance issue).

  • Step 3: Approval: If our team finds a valid reason, we will gladly approve your refund and send you instructions on how to send the item back.

Please Note: Refunds are not automatically approved upon request. A genuine reason must be verified by the Carey Pet Team during our review before a refund can be officially issued.
